I've always liked everything about this cover art, but can't find the artiste's name.

Dumpster Juice was (is?) an LA garage band, metallers.

This cd appeared almost 20 years ago, in 1994. I forget why my daughter bought it for me. I lost it along the way, but it's still available used on Amazon.
