Those two young guys who hiked into Iran and got locked up were finally let go.
LONDON — Iran released on Wednesday two Americans arrested while hiking along the Iran-Iraq frontier two years ago and sentenced to eight years in prison, ending diplomatic skirmishing that has complicated the United States’ already fraught relationship with Tehran.
Shane and Josh, both 29, were whisked off to the Tehran airport and flown to Oman, where they ran into the arms of their grateful families.
